Forensic Science Programme for NPCC Cadets

Besides police investigation and intelligence, Forensic Science plays a key and vital role in fighting and preventing crime. Through customised workshops specially designed for NPCC, cadets will:

  1. Appreciate the wide range of physical evidence that a police investigator recovers at crime scenes,
  2. Find out how evidence are examined in the forensic laboratory, and
  3. Experience what it takes to be a forensic scientist through many intriguing and exciting hands-on activities and practical.

Assembly Talks
Get up close and personal with practicing forensic scientists and hear about actual Singapore crime stories from the “horse’s mouth”. Hear about how science is applied to solve cases, and find out what it takes to be a forensic scientist. Is it really a job meant for the “smart” ones?
